Review: Snøgg upcoming album "Chhinnamasta"

Slovenian Experimental Black Metal band Snøgg are releasing their debut full-length Chhinnamasta, on the 6th of June. It is a self-released album.
This is so good. Difficult to explain why it is so good.
Usually when we hear that a band does some "experimental" Black Metal, we get a bit apprehensive. However, without experimenting and mixing a lot of silly stuff that results really badly as some of these "experimental" bands do, Snøgg do a very original and professional sound. It is proper Black Metal, from the instruments to the voice. But, there are other noticeable influences as well, since it is not all only about blast beasts, but about mixing slow and catchy melodies, clean voices, reciting, with the traditional Black Metal guitar riffs and drums, and dragged suffered growling voice. There are also ambient noises. Rusty doors and cow voices and other comforts of the kind.
All this together in only 5 tracks.
The second track, Stream of Blood is fantastic, maybe the top track for Lachryma Christi in this album.
Chhinnamasta is extraordinary. Extraordinarily well done.
